WHAT IS A TUNGSTEN BULB?
European inventors invented the tungsten filament in 1984. One being the famous Thomas Edison.
Tungsten’s promising characteristics made it a worthy ultimate goal. With a high melting point, tungsten glows without melting as electricity passes through it.
As time goes by and tungsten bulbs got replaced by LED bulbs. Tungsten bulbs became a decoration, a collection piece, and even a meaningful gift to someone.

An LED filament light bulb is designed to resemble a traditional incandescent light bulb with visible filaments for aesthetic and light distribution purposes, but with the high efficiency of light-emitting diodes
It is a much eco-friendly light bulb compared to tungsten bulbs due to it’s lower energy consumption. But some say LED bulbs lacks character and personalities…
Therefore, some LED bulbs were designed to look like tungsten bulbs. Preserving the warm glow of a tungsten filament while consuming less electricity.
